Cancellation Policy:

Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email within 24 hours of placing the order or before work has commenced.

Once project work has started, cancellations may incur charges based on the work completed.

For subscription-based services, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or service delivery.

Refunds will only be processed if the service/product delivered does not match the agreed scope or has a proven defect.

Customized or personalized services are non-refundable unless found to be faulty or incomplete as per agreement.

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
Exceptions:

No refunds for services delivered in full as per the agreed scope.
